These terms govern Helios Project Management fixed-fee review services, consultancy engagements and digital products. The NSW Owner Builder Playbook and Toolkit is licensed to the purchaser for their own project and internal administration; it must not be redistributed or resold. It is general project-management education, not project-specific legal, design, engineering, certification, WHS, insurance, accounting or trade advice. Regulatory information was checked as at 3 September 2026 and must be verified for the current project-specific position. Toolkit templates must be completed and checked by the purchaser.
