That covers a line-by-line comparison of up to three builder tenders — inclusions, exclusions, provisional sums and pricing gaps — with a written comparison report and recommendation issued within 48 hours of receiving your documents.
Simply upload your builder tenders or quotes, along with any scope of works, plans or specification documents you have. After you book and pay online, you can upload everything securely in a couple of minutes — or email it to admin@heliospm.au.
