Helios Project Management was founded in 2021 by industry veterans who kept seeing the same story: owners navigating six-figure building projects without anyone in their corner — while the builders, developers and consultants across the table all had experts on theirs.
We built Helios as a boutique, client-side project management consultancy. We lead residential and mixed-use projects across NSW from feasibility and approvals through tendering and construction to handover — coordinating designers, consultants, Councils and builders so the project is delivered on brief, on programme and on budget.
