• Building Contract Review — $500 inc. GST (AUD). A clause-by-clause expert review of your HIA, MBA, ABIC or custom building contract, delivered as a personalised written risk report — with email support if anything in the findings is unclear.
• Tender Review — $600 inc. GST (AUD). An expert review of your builder tenders and quotes — inclusions, exclusions, provisional sums and buildability — so you can choose the right builder for the right price.
• Builder Vetting & Check Report — $450 inc. GST (AUD). A background and capability check on your chosen builder — licensing, insurance, history and track record — delivered as a clear written report before you sign anything.
• Preliminary Planning Report — $550 inc. GST (AUD). A desktop planning feasibility assessment of your property — zoning, planning controls, constraints and approval pathway — delivered as a clear written report so you know your development potential before committing to the next stage.
